Progress!!!

YAY!! My fitness level have skyrocketed ever since i started gyming and working out intensively again.


Alfiyan 4 months back:

1) Size XS shirts
2) arm(biceps n triceps) circumference: 27cm
3) can complete 6 standard pull ups only.
4) can do less than 10 standard push ups.
5) puny tricep muscle visible.
6) barely there chest and back muscles.

Alfiyan NOW!!! :

1) Size S shirts
2) arm circumference: 30.5cm
3) can complete 12 standard pull ups
4) can complete 25 diamond pushups without stopping.
5) tricep muscles. ITS THERE!!!
6) i can flex my chest muscles and its visible! plus i have grown in width thanks to my back muscles and shoulders.

really proud of myself lately. but unfortunately i have grown in height too! dammit! dats one of the reason now im an S instead of an XS in terms of shirt size. XS feels so tight now. probably due to my shoulders lah. now i need to buy a new wardrobe. dang!!

but i still need to do lower body workouts. havent been doing them for awhile. i have visible chest muscles but barely there abs. so cannot! must train. probably i shall train my abs starting tmr lah. haha!

freestyle progress hasnt been great. i want to completely heal my ankle first. before proceeding to learn other moves. cos my ankle has been a burden to me. but slowly lah.

now i have to set new goals for working out. maybe my goal is to have the body of a menshealth cover guy. thats my long term goal. probably after BMT or maybe before BMT. so hehe...

but for short term goals im not sure yet.... :( maybe ill post it on my next post. time to watch oranje defeat the uruguayans!!!! :D
