just proceeded on to the next stage in my workout sessions. everytime when there is a change i will stutter as my body havent gotten used to it yet. so i managed to complete the workout. its damn challenging lar...

U see... what damns me the most in this program is the weighted pull ups. plus both workouts of military press and 1 arm db row, both of which i hate to do, comes as a superset. WOAH!! jialat ah like this. id rather do weighted pullups lah! hahaha
for weighted pullups i strap my 6kg ankle weights to my body. and i managed to pull 8 times. that itself is a woah! hahaha! not bad. i seriously dont think i can pull that much at 1st. but i did it! :D
very happy with my progress lah. but what im not happy is with my diet. it seems everyday this week i have eaten fast food. damn man! cannot like this lah. :(
last week been busy with work and my mum's birthday. haha. work was great. but becoming an umpire sux big time. my thighs were sore after the whole 2 days man. cos my job is ti just stand there. damn. but at least i got to see see..... ^^,
yesterday went to watch twilight eclipse with.... err.... shah. -.-" it seems that he booked me first this year. so sorry friends who previous years went together with me... so too bad ah. hahaha!
after dat we got a mini fl reunion without din n yad. after dat shah n zaki went to my house to watch young frankenstein and laughed ever so hard. HAHAHA!!
